BHP Team

Headed to Austin for this year’s NCSS Conference? Big History Project will be there – bigger and better than ever! In addition to our usual programming (engaging sessions and a must-visit booth), we have some big news we’ll be announcing at the conference.
You’re going to want to buckle your seatbelts. Because it’s going to be out of this… world.
That’s right, folks, we’re launching a brand-new course! Come by booth #405 at NCSS to learn more about this exciting new offering, join in on some fun and games, and to say hello to your old BHP friends (while making some new ones!). See you in Austin!

How can I get involved in this!? Seriously – is there a way to pilot this or something? I seem to be the only in my district who has discovered (and fallen in love with) BHP, and my kids are getting a LOT out of it. My district keeps talking about updating/replacing our antiquated textbooks (so old there’s no online component at ALL). I’d love to have World History Project instead of just bits and pieces of BHP!!

Hi there, Kendra! We’re so excited to hear that you’re interested in learning more about our World History course. We are going to officially launch at NCSS this year, so keep an eye on this blog over the next week or so for more information on how to get involved. If you have further questions on the new materials, please email us at outreach@bighistoryproject.com. Thanks!

That is fabulous! As a middle school Humanities teacher, I have used BHP as a supplemental curriculum. With WHP, I look forward to being able to teach a cohesive course. This is great news!
